Koh Samui property rentals with local support
Cozy Asia helps clients find a home or villa on Koh Samui, clarify current terms and move from the first search to a manager who can continue with a specific property.
We approach a property as part of your stay or life on the island, not just another listing.
Current properties
The catalogue shows active listings with a confirmed owner relationship. A manager checks availability again before a booking is confirmed.
Island presence
Cozy Asia works on Koh Samui. Our public company location is available on the map, and rental questions can continue directly with the local team.
Simple property search
The Cozy Asia assistant helps navigate the catalogue and narrow the choice. A manager confirms bookings, payments, contracts, negotiations and exact dates.
Supporting children in Surat Thani
Cozy Asia takes part in charity initiatives and in the life of the region where we work. Our team supports a children's institution in Surat Thani, donating household equipment, everyday supplies and other useful items. For us, being present in Southern Thailand also means contributing to the local community.

Department of Business Development documentation
