Does every Telegram listing appear on the website?
No. A listing must be active, have a verified owner relationship and pass the safe public projection before it can appear on the website.
Can I get the property owner's contact details?
No. Owner contacts and internal operational fields remain private and are never returned by the AI manager.
Why does a property say ‘Availability on request’?
If the last availability confirmation is stale, the website deliberately avoids presenting it as current. A manager checks exact dates.
Can AI confirm a booking or payment?
No. Booking, payment instructions, payment confirmation, contracts and final commercial terms always require a human manager.
Do you show the exact property location?
Yes, but only when a verified location link is actually present in the safe property data. The website never invents an address or coordinates.
