4. Confirmation and paperwork
A human manager checks the property and terms against current internal information before continuing the transaction in an approved channel.
What AI never confirms on its own
Exact availability for specific dates, payment instructions or payment receipt, final commercial terms, binding booking commitments and contract terms are confirmed only by a Cozy Asia manager.
